WWE Evolution will play host to a frenetic Battle Royal, and the winner will earn a future Women’s Championship opportunity.
Combatants will include the likes of Asuka (winner of the first-ever Women’s Royal Rumble Match), Naomi (former SmackDown Women’s Champion and winner of the first-ever WrestleMania Women’s Battle Royal), former Women’s Champions Carmella and Nia Jax, former NXT Women’s Champion Ember Moon, former Divas Champion Alicia Fox, Dana Brooke, Lana, Billie Kay & Peyton Royce of The IIconics, Mandy Rose and Sonya Deville, Tamina and the returning Torrie Wilson.
On Oct. 19, it was announced that a new crop of Superstars past and present would join the field: Inaugural Divas Champion (and two-time Women’s Champion) Michelle McCool, WWE Hall of Famers Alundra Blayze and Ivory, former Women’s and Hardcore Champion Molly Holly, former Divas Champion Kelly Kelly and Diva of the Year Slammy Award-winner Maria Kanellis.

At WWE Super Show-Down, The IIconics will have an opportunity back up their claim that they are the trendsetters for the future of SmackDown LIVE when they take on Asuka and Naomi in tag team action.
The tension between these Superstars has boiled for quite some time. Earlier this year, Billie Kay and Peyton Royce shocked the WWE Universe when they defeated Becky Lynch and Asuka in a tag team bout. If that wasn’t enough of a reason to brag, the besties went on to also gloat that they were the first Superstars to beat Asuka on SmackDown LIVE.
From there, The IIconics set their crosshairs on another former Women’s Champion, Naomi, who also fell victim to the pair’s dubious numbers game. But, when the nefarious duo attacked their glowing adversary after she scored a huge win over Royce, The Empress of Tomorrow came to Naomi’s aid and sent the IIconics packing.
At WWE Super Show-Down, it’ll be an even playing field as Asuka and Naomi take on The IIconics. Can Royce and Kay pull out an IIconic moment in Melbourne, or will they learn a lesson or two from The Glow and The Empress of Tomorrow? Find out at WWE Super Show-Down on Saturday, Oct. 6, from the Melbourne Cricket Ground (MCG) in Australia, streaming live on the award-winning WWE Network!
Becky Lynch will be looking to go 2-for-2 against The IIconics tonight when she faces Peyton Royce. Though she came up short in the Women’s Money in the Bank Ladder Match, The Irish Lass Kicker bounced back with a win over Billie Kay last Tuesday, forcing her to tap out to the excruciating Dis-arm-her.
Can Royce avoid the same fate, or will Lynch continue to push her way back into the SmackDown Women’s Title picture?
Becky Lynch was inches away from becoming Ms. Money in the Bank on Sunday until Alexa Bliss dashed her dreams and claimed the contract for herself. Despite the setback, The Irish Lass Kicker has been on a roll in recent weeks on SmackDown LIVE, which she’ll look to continue in one-on-one competition against Billie Kay of The IIconics.
Can Lynch bounce back, or will Kay ensure The Irish Lass Kicker continues to have a bad week?
