Everyone attacked Kay and Royce and tossed them over the top rope as soon as the match started. The younger stars surrounded the legends and a brawl broke out. Deville eliminated Holly with a head kick. Rose eliminated Kelly Kelly and then Wilson followed by Deville who was taunting on the apron.

Naomi and Asuka versus Mandy Rose and Sonya Deville

Before the match starts, Billie Kay and Peyton Royce make their way to the ring and they have something to say. Billie says she is so excited. Peyton asks what is exciting about Newark. Billie says she was talking about Sunday and Evolution. Petyon says they will make history by winning the battle royal and it will be Iiconic.

Lana’s music plays and she makes her way to the ring.

Before she can speak, Carmella makes her way out. Carmella says no one wants to hear anyone talk, they want . . . A DANCE BREAK!!

Zelina Vega throws Carmella into the ring and everyone enters the ring. Carmella with a kick to Asuka. Naomi with a round kick to Carmella. Sonya with a spinebuster to Naomi. Peyton with a spinning heel kick to Lana in the corner. Vega throws Mandy over the top rope and then she hits a running double knee strike to Lana. Asuka comes up behind Vega and hits a spinning round kick to the temple.

The announcers run through the card for Evolution.

Asuka and Naomi vs. Billie Kay and Peyton Royce
Naomi and Royce start things off. Royce with a shoulder block then tagged in Kay which led to them hitting a double team kick. Naomi tossed her in the ring and tagged in Asuka, who did some comedy then went for the Asuka Lock but Royce got the blind tag. Asuka and Naomi hit a double drop kick sending them to the floor. Asuka caught Royce and tossed her back into the ring. Royce caught Asuka with a big kick while the referee wasn’t looking. Kay with her own kick then locked in a headlock.

Asuka managed to fight back and get the hot tag to Naomi, who cleaned house on Royce with a series of clotheslines then a springboard kick. Naomi sent her into the turnbuckle and hit a split leg moonsault for 2. Asuka with a drop kick to take out Kay.

Naomi hit an outside dive to Royce. Naomi went for a springboard move but Kay knocked her down. Asuka took out Kay but Kay fought back and sent her into the barricade. Kay and Royce hit a double team knee strike to Asuka for the win.

Winners: Billie Kay and Peyton Royce

Asuka w/Naomi vs. Peyton Royce w/Billie Kay
Naomi & Kay are at ringside. JIP with Royce in control. Asuka cuts her off and cradles her for 2. Royce then hits a variation on the widow’s peak and that gets 2. Royce maintains control, grounding the action. Royce now follows with a clothesline for 1. Royce again grounds things, Asuka fights to her feet and hits a missile dropkick for 2. Asuka now rolls into a knee bar and Royce makes the ropes. The Asuka lock follows and that’s that.

Asuka defeated Peyton Royce @ 3:35 via submission

The IIconics arrive, but Naomi & Asuka interrupt them

Asuka and Naomi vs. Sonya Deville and Mandy Rose

The IIconics join commentary. Asuka and Rose to begin during the commercial screen in screen. Deville rushes in and spears Asuka, and that allows the heels to work double teams. Back to full screen, and Deville grounds Asuka. Asuka fights back, hits a German, and we get wholesale changes to Rose and Naomi. Naomi runs wild, hits a RANA and knee strike, and the leg drop follows but Deville breaks that up and then tags in. Deville hits a running knee strike as Asuka makes the save. She dumps Rose and hits as ass attack. Naomi hits the disaster kick, Asuka tags in and they deliver kicks, and Asuka pins Deville.
